The St Johns County Housing Finance Authority knows that attainable workforce and affordable housing is critical to stable and vital economy for St. Johns County.  It is important that the residence of St. Johns County can live where they work.

Just like most of you, public and private entities; advocates; and citizens, the Authority has been working to assist the County in alleviating the shortage of housing for both homeownership and rental.  And just like you, the Authority understands that there is a need to establish and grow trusted partnerships to maximize the positive impact on the county wide housing concerns.
