Board Members

Established by Ordinance 80-7 and Resolution 80-25, and amended by Ordinance 09-30, the Housing Finance Authority (HFA) is comprised of seven members with not less than a majority of the members knowledgeable in the following fields: commerce, labor and finance. Terms are four year terms. Each member is required to file Financial Disclosure with the Supervisor of Elections.

Bio

Robert Marshall is an award winning custom home builder and commercial builder. He is the Founder of World Island Builders, Inc. through which he has built over 100 custom and affordable homes.  He is also owner of Marshall Real Estate Development which has developed and built several Industrial projects and an affordable housing development.  He began his career in construction in 1973.

Bio

Founder and Executive Director of Operation Lifeline Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to assisting veterans in need. He is a retired lieutenant colonel of the U.S. Air Force with over 26 years of service, he has been pivotal in humanitarian efforts worldwide, including infrastructural development in Afghanistan. Today, Erick continues his advocacy for underserved communities and serves on numerous local governance boards to further his impact.
