In October 2021, the Housing Finance Authority partnered with St. Johns County to provide funding for Victoria Crossing, a new construction multifamily development located at 1850 State Road 207, St. Augustine, FL.  Turnstone Development Corporation, a nonprofit, is the developer Victoria Crossing. The property will bring 96 units of affordable and workforce housing to St. Johns County. 

The units are available to households earning at or below 60% AMI and 10% of the units may be reserved for homeless veterans.  The development will have a unique feature whereas St. Johns County Health & Human Services shall have office space on site.  The space will be used to connect clients with a wide variety of resources to maintain and improve their health, to provide classes, case management, and other social support and assistance to members of the community.
